Bringing over 70 years combined experience to every job
Pasadena native Ericka Smith-Stephens brings more than 30 years of cleaning experience to Chevy's. Her entrepreneurial path began with Nubian Creations in the 1980s. She later graduated summa cum laude from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Organizational Leadership and spent years supporting Christian nonprofit organizations.
Her husband, Reginald "Regg" Stephens, serves as Supervising Manager and brings more than 40 years of cleaning experience, including work with local nonprofits. Together, they keep client communication personal and check the work on site. Regg's standard is simple: do it right the first time.

We begin by seeing the facility and understanding what matters to you. Then Chevy's provides a custom proposal with the scope, schedule, and cost in writing.
Approve the proposal
You receive a written plan covering the cleaning scope, frequency, responsibilities, and cost.
Begin service
Once access and the start date are confirmed, the team follows the agreed plan and checks its work at each visit.

Team assignments depend on the facility, schedule, and service needs. During the walkthrough, Ericka will discuss the right staffing plan and how continuity and access will be managed for your account.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Pricing is customized after the site walkthrough. The proposal considers the facility, square footage, scope, service frequency, timing, and budget—so you pay for the work your space actually needs.
What happens if we are not satisfied?
Cleaned areas are checked before the team leaves. If something is missed, Chevy's corrects it immediately. Clients can also contact Ericka directly so concerns are addressed promptly.
What if something is damaged?
Report the issue to Ericka as soon as possible. She will review what happened, communicate with you directly, and determine the appropriate next steps.
